Default California Stingray's Cruise to Neptune's Nest in Malibu

Fresh from our very successful cruise to Wrightwood, the SoCal Stingrays are planning our next cruise, scheduled for Saturday, October 24.

We'll be cruising to Neptune's Net, in Malibu. Neptune's Net has great food, plenty of room for us and our corvettes and great views of the ocean.

On Saturday morning, We will leave from Santa Monica, near the pier, by 9:00 AM and we'll cruise down PCH to Neptune's Net. Let's take advantage of our long summer and take our cars out for a short run one more time before the dreaded California winter arrives

This cruise is open to all year corvettes and all California corvette owners are invited to join us!! I hope everyone who joined us in our cruise to Wrightwood will be able to come along again. That was a wonderful cruise which prompted this one. I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday, October 24.

For those of us who plan to attend the weekly car meet in La Canada, we'll leave the car meet at around 8:15 AM and head for the Santa Monica Pier, where we will meet the rest of the group. This is the parking lot next to the Hot Dog on a Stick on 1633 Ocean Front Walk, Santa Monica, CA 90401. Shortly after 9:00 AM we'll leave Santa Monica headed down PCH, towards Neptune's Net. Neptune's Net is located at 42505 Pacific Coast Hwy., Malibu CA. 90265. I look forward to seeing you all again!

The 24th works for me, count us in!!!

One more run before El Nino wipes us and the Pacific Coast Highway off the map.

I'm out, that's the same weekend as the Hot Rod Reunion at the Famoso Drag Strip! Gotta see the vintage Funny Cars and Top Fuel dragsters!

Hey guys,

I spoke with Carl this morning, at the Early Rodders car meet, in La Canada, and he plans on coming with us. Anyone else planning on joining us?

Man I love that place but could not remember the name. Last time I came to So Cal we had a day or two of down time so we drove up the PCH and stopped there for lunch. Outstand food and great view. Can't wait for our next trip.

Great Ronnie, we missed you guys on our cruise to Wrightwood. Our last cruise to Neptune's Net had a great turn out and I'm hoping this year will be even better.

Yes, I just edited the first page to reflect the meeting place and time; the meeting place will be the parking lot by the Hot Dog on a Stick on the Santa Monica Pier, 1633 Ocean Front Walk, Santa Monica, CA. 90401.

Some of us plan to attend the weekly car meet in La Canada and leave from there to Santa Monica. We'll all leave the Santa Monica pier roughly after 9:00 AM. In case anyone becomes separated, Neptune's Net is located at 42505 Pacific Coast Hwy., Malibu, CA. 90265. See you there

Currently visiting my son in San Diego but leaving before th 24th. Sounds like a great time even if I had to show up in my nissan rental car.

You mentioned the tough California winters. Come to Wisconsin this January! You will appreciate your heater (although no sane person drives a Corvette in winter in Wisconsin)
