Hi JL,
Just like you have it, under the head, and down against the frame crossmember's bracket.

Thanks, that's how I installed it.
I kept thinking to myself, "I don't remember seeing this washer when taking the arm off the car..."
When I went to install the new bolt and washer, the old one fell out
so I had one after all...
