Default 1968 corvette manual shift

I was planning on buying a car dolly to use to tow the 68 behind the motorhome. Approx 150 miles. I dont feel like buying a trailer nor do I feel like buying another car. Im allready at 7, and the 68 is the only standard I got. I know it,s not right but the car isnt orginal in anyway. But it still looks good. Input please

I considered buying a car hauler, but I can rent a U haul auto trailer cheap and as often as I use it, much better choice since I do not have to maintain it. I would not haul a C3 with a dolly, too much too low to the ground. I would suggest renting the auto trailer that gets the whole car off the road.

Spend a little more and rent the auto trailer. I hauled my 68 on one from Northern California to my home in Arizona. No problems and it wasn't much more than a dolly.

Make sure you get the correct price quote. One way istriple the in town rate. But the hauler works great and comes with the straps and chains. And your vette wont bottom out going on or off

You are right, round trip is much cheaper than one way. It was much cheaper for me to rent in Louisiana, tow the empty trailer to Fla and return loaded to Louisiana. I suppose I burned up more gas in the process maybe but I still think the roundtrip was much cheaper overall. Why roundtrip is cheaper I do not know.
