thanks! from what i see..the good....roaster with hard top,big block car.factory air, factory side pipes.2hoods.comes with an extra big block,an m21 and a t10. the bad.sitting and hasn't run for 15 years.has an real bad 70's funky yellow paint job (door jams are orange).and some one "sharked" it back in the day,and there is no headlamp parts there.hard to tell in a dark tight garage, but seems pretty solid car.

Neat looking car! Get it out, make sure it is safe and enjoy it! A paint gun can fix ugly yellow anytime! Keep posting pix to let us know how it goes!

yea, word of mouth.been wanting a c3 bumper car for a while now. i do have a few old chevys. a couple novas and a 55 belair.so that whole time ,money and space thing always comes into play.i run a chevy dealer and a customer/friend of mine mentioned a corvette he heard about for sale that was sitting.i called another good friend who has a couple c2's.we are always in tune to old chevys tucked in here and there.he already had the guys phone number and talked to him.so we went up the next day and i bought it the following day.i also found out that monday, another good buddy that owns a machine shop that i use, also looked at it.he passed on it.they though it was to big of a project.it may turn out that way,but i will take my chances.

If it still has the original drivetrain, being a 427 roadster with AC and if its a real factory side pipe car and if it has any documentation (hopefully a legible tank sticker) then this car is worth just about any work it needs to bring it back.

Looks like a great find, good luck.

sweet find!! I couldn't tell the HP on the data plate, so I'm curious what it is, or is it the factory engine. I know you said there's a 2nd big block to come with it. I'd love to see some more pics.
