Not all suppliers manufacture. Most buy from manufacturers and resell. Willcox buys a lot of parts from Corvette America so they get a discount that we are unable to get individually and passes some of that discount on to us, the lowly consumer.

Default Wilcox

Ernie and the guys at Wilcox provide great support.

I've purchased quite a bit of interior parts from them and have no complaints. Corvette America has great products.

Wilcox sells a number of manufacturers' products, including Corvette America, Al Knoch, etc.

Not unusual.

I've bought stuff from Corvette Central (seat covers for instance) and Ecklers (I think it might have been my e-brake console) and had them come in Corvette America bags/boxes.
CA is one of only a few who make (have made) certain pieces, especially interior parts and they supply those parts to others, sometimes they are re-boxed, usually they aren't.

Last month I bought a new steering wheel from Wilcox. When I opened the outer box the steering wheel was in a Corvette America box, what!!
But, it does not matter (to me) because the part is a good quality part at a very fair price. Plus, Wilcox is VERY helpful on this forum, they post reply's and diagrams and all kinds of help. So, thanks Wilcox, keep the great parts coming.

What Willcox does is called drop shipping. Corvette America parts will be shipped directly from their Pennsylvania location even if you live in the Midwest and are closer to Indiana than to Pennsylvania.

Love Willcox - not too fond of their new web site! Hard to navigate and the search is a pain in the ... neck.

You will generally get better prices from Willcox than CA. They also help a lot if you have a problem with a part. Their customer service is great. I have a couple instances where Willcox helped as a go-between with the vendor.

Off topic, but I agree. It's REAL hard to find anything on there.
