Default Turkey Day Humor - '74 Corvette on CL..."easy fix"

"1974 Corvette - easy fix - no seats & carpet, no motor & trans. Good body. "

I've never, ever seen a hood like this!

Easy Fix!

And example of a car that if you got it free you would spend $15-20,000 to end up with a $10,000 car.

And not so easy.

Hi,
"easy fix"!
If a person would start now it will be done before the turkey comes out of the oven and everyone can go for a ride after dinner!
And THEN, it can go home with some lucky (or maybe unlucky) family as part of the "left overs"!
Regards,
Alan

That's not so bad-it has a tilt-telescope steering column.

If a fix was easy the seller would have done it...

"easy fix" is as over used as "rat rod" and most times both mean some POS that the seller wants to flip quick because it is a POS....

The hood scoop keep s a person from being able to see out and drive the car so it is a safety feature....

I saw that and it's in nice shape. Would be good parts car for about $1K or so. Bats, calling Bats, we've got a nice hood for you! You'll just need the optional t-top periscope to see over it!

Actually so far my favorite scoop is the stock L-88 which comes in before the 67 427 scoop and 68-72 stock bb scoop...which really isnt a scoop as much as a hood styling treatment....

I also dig some not all double stacked scoops....

OR - "the air works" but it just needs a belt, evaporator, condenser and some freon ...

Happy motoring -

It makes you wonder what other "custom" ideas the creator of that hood as rolling around inside his head.
