Never sold them anything but did rent tools for setting up rear spindle bearings. Got all the tools and parts real quick but it took a couple of follow up calls to get the refund after returning the tools. All in all not that bad of a experience.

They are a SL..O......W pay. It took over a month (after they received the part) and several follow-ups before they sent me the payment. They also never responded to any of my follow-ups (just FINALLY sent me my money.
