Does this air cleaner seal look right?
I recently installed the original style air cleaner on my '73. The rubber hood seal that fits on the adapter ring looks different than the pictures in the AIM manual. Am I correct or does it look normal?

It's not a great picture, but this is the original seal on a 74 I bought in 1979. The car had about 30,000 miles on it at the time.
