Burning Brakes
I just did this the other day and used your video thanks. I have a question I bought the weather stripping a few years ago, forgot from who I got it. But now the T tops were impossible to close so I bought the shim kit and now they close but stick up a bit is that normal.

The weatherstrip, if it's the imported or silica based rubber design available it's too hard and will not collapse. There are so many vendors making these weatherstrips now its hard keeping score of who is making what.. but we get samples sent in all the time and I always stick with CRC. The CRC stuff is softer and while it may make the roof panel bug tight, it will relax over a two week time frame. Normally we don't need any shimming when we install.
Your door glass at the 13 second mark look like it's way out of adjustment too. Almost like its not sitting in the pillar groove. Is this right or am I just seeing it wrong in the video?
