Default Before and afters of almost anything

If you took something and made it better in your eyes, please share it with us.

To start heres my engine compartment
Before

Wiring mess

Exposed power leads

Bad connections

After

A work in progress

Better fuel lines

Wiring a bit more tamed

Its getting better. Still need to mount plug wire harnesses. At least everything works now. And ignore the fan sticker. I like stickers and I dont want to put anything on the outside of the car so I indulged myself once. Okat twice if you count the LT1 sticker on the lame filter but it fits under the hood and its an actual LT1 350 so its okay, okay?. Good , moving on, keep your hands inside the car and away we go....

Lets see your before /after body work, frames, motors, cars, bikes, kitchens. What ever you made better

Awesome job everyone. This is exactly what I wanted to see. I love pics like this. It gives me the drive to make mine beautiful like everyone elses. The red frame is gorgeous too. Please keep posting evenif its just a cleaned up brake booster or Something. I need to paint my wiper door actuator. Either black gray or try to get that gold color if they make it.

Does the gas tank sit where the spare tire was. I'm trying to figure out how low the tank sits to be able to fill it. I remember pumping gas for a job in the 70's and the hidden tank fillers. Thats pretty cool.

I want my engine compartment/ firewall to look like this someday. Im expecting my fresh air box for my L88 hood to show by next weekend. After the weather getsnice and I bond that on I guess I can start pulling pieces here and there and cleaning them up.

Nice job!!!

Car sat neglected in a garage for 8 years. Somewhere along it's life, somebody painted it from black to purple. It was returned to it's original configuration.
