Default Rear Storage Compartment Rivets Question

For the rear storage compartment rivets on the 75, how are members compressing them to the hinges? Are they being put in a vise or are there better methods. I've referring to the rivets below.

I use the anvel part on my vise and peen them over with a ball peen hammer
or use a heavy sq pc of metal as a backer, yiu can also use a drift pin to set the rivet

I use a rivet setting tool in an air hammer set on low pressure about 30 psi.
