Behind the driver side fender. Iv looked all over my aim in the front end section and I just cannot locate it. It's got two vacuum lines coming from it and iv descovered one of the vacuum lines goes to nothing and the other goes to the block. Looks like it's been unattached for decades and the motor pulls 20 lbs of vacuum and seems unaffected by the open line.

It's part of the emissions system. It's a charcoal filled fuel vapor canister, one line should go from the fuel tank to the canister, the other line goes from the canister to a "T" fitting inline with the PCV valve.
Some generic pics from the Camaro webpage.

Not sure what year your working on. I don't believe that hose has anything to do with the charcoal canister. The bracket above the canister looks to be for the cruise control transducer that is no longer there. The hose with the spring clamp on it could be for the cruise servo if that is also missing, just can't see that area in your picture.

I'm not eally working on it exactly I just noticed the hose when I took m y hood off. One hose goes from the canister to the under side of the car. Then the other hose just heads up toward the radiator and ends.
