Called the I hit a deer club . If so I joined it last Sunday .Lucky I had comp. on it . Shop says $3000 insurance says $2000 . Any other members here ? Hit at about 35 mph probably lucky the lights were up otherwise it probably would of hit the windshield . What a thud was a big deer but didn't see the head to tell what it was and couldn't find it .

Yep its a big club with international affiliations. Down here in AUS I am a member of the I hit a Roo club. Insurance had to pay out $5000 for mine and it was in the shop for 2 months. The worst part was 2 days after getting it back another one jumped out and hit me square in the front number plate. Fortunately this one was smaller and just scratched the newly painted front bumper.

There are about 30 to 40 roos in my neighbourhood and they seem to like to taunt me by standing on or close to the road whenever I take the Corvette out. Safe to say I drive slowly in my neighbourhood now.
