BEAUTIFUL day, 574 registered vettes, many more that arrived at the VA before the official parade arrived. My blue 68 with the big flags

Only 2 split windows. The other was a survivor that was only missing the original carb.

Ran into 2 forum members there which was really cool. Its great to meet members face to face and talk corvettes and repair stories. Sorry but I dont remember the names, I think one was Richard and I think the other was Tooonz. Good to meet ya Bob, I didnt loose your card.

Roger, it was funny how it wasn't until another forum member came up to you I realized who I was talking to. I learned a lot about my fuel problem today, thank you very much. Sweet ride too.

Our car is parked aside if the red 72 convertible. A mere spectator among the beauties.

At first I thought you were talking about Bedford, Va, I I was highly upset that I didn't know about a large gathering of Vettes not that far from me. Looks like a great showing ya'll had there!

Ive never been to a show with more than a half dozen vettes. It was overwhelming.

Ya, that was surprising and a good laugh. Im glad I met you guys. Lots of good people there

I hardly ever go to shows, I like this one because it's for a good cause. And the veterans really appreciate it. Not to mention the parade of say 475 corvettes must be a sight 😜

I like that themoney goes straight to the Vets and Not through the VA. Most charities take a majority of the cash for management costs and the needy parties get 10- 25%. I didnt get a chance to see all the cars at the VA, I talked with a lot of people. It was a good time.

That's my 77 Orange Vette. Awesome event. Professionally run and the ceremony was moving. My first year attending but it won't be the last.

Great pics. You got one of my 70 Mulsanne Blue Cpe. Last time I saw it on the forum I bought it. Great event! Karen, Tony et al do a fantastic job for a great cause.
Thanks.

Rescue Rogers, make it 3 forum members you bumped into. Now I understand why your car seemed familiar!
Thanks for answering all of my questions

It was the first car show I ever attended. I really enjoyed it, so did my 4 yo daughter!

Hopefully by next year, I should have fixed my windshield and front end, and will add to the number of C3 present!

Here is the flag in question. Very nice. Not sure if there are any more available. May want to contact the event organizer on the website page
