82 Seat Belt Bolt
I embarked on a seatbelt receiver replacement project today (whose idea was it to bolt the bucket to the seat frame from BELOW?), and hit a wall getting the bolt out, as I don't have a full set of wrenches.
So, before I run out to the Despot and get an absurd number of wrenches in hopes that one will slot nicely into that bolt, what precisely is that bolt size?

The '82's have a blue Torx bolt which requires a size 45 Torx wrench to remove it. A size 47 is optimum but you can find a size 45 at most big box places like Home Depot. However, the slightest corrosion or road gunk will seize them, no matter how much you use penetrating oil, causing the Torx bolt to strip.
Be prepared to pull your carpet back, remove your seats and expand your personal cuss word vocabulary. But, with space and creativity they do come out.

Pull back your carpeting and repeatedly douse with PB Blaster or similar penetrant. Do so a couple times a day for a few days!
Even then prepare to snap your Torx socket when you put a breaking bar on your ratchet

Ok, I'll suggest that you make it really easy on yourself and pop out the seat.
Once you remove the four bolt and take the seat out, you will have Zero (zero) issues accessing and removing any belt bolts.
Serious, less than 5 minutes out and 10 minutes in.

Replacement belt came in a little long.
So we trimmed it.
And, with a little bit of help from my gorgeous assistant...
We got everything fitting nicely.
Ta da!
The only question remaining in my mind is how in the hell do I get the seat assembly off for when I replace the front carpet set?
