Possibly, and there are different finishes avail, and possibly custom chrome, cant tell from the pic....

Or TorqThrust "D"; was invented to clear the disc brakes on the new '65 'Vette. I guess TorqThrust II is about the same thing.

Looks like an American Racing Torque Thrust II to me.

The AR torque II's seem to be the most popular wheel for the C-3's. Here's a pic of mine. it's hard to see at this angle.
