Here's what happens when it snows in the south:

People have this strange penchant to stock up on milk and bread. Of course, when you get a whipping 1" like we did last weekend, that leaves a lot left over.

Although I miss skiing 30-45 days per year, it's nice to be able to take the 'Vette out basically anytime.

Our downtown Portland office has been closed since last Wednesday & will be closed tomorrow too. I've been working remotely but I'm still going stir crazy.

Meanwhile, in Australia...:

Took these at about 8pm tonight after giving it a quick wash. They're predicting tops of 42C (108 Fahrenheit) here for the next 2 days...

I haven't worked since Tuesday 1/10 17. Keep in mind this is at 235 ft above sea level. Has not melted and still making travel difficult

I took a screenshot from our security cameras this morning. There's been little melting here in Gresham since last week too. It's hard packed ice now.

I'd love to see your Vette sometime. Are you a member of a club or do you attend one of the cars & coffee?

14 inches of new snow today. Can still go to garage in back yard and sit in our '77. Could go to VanBortels to see our '82, but it's under cover and behind 30 other stored Vettes,

Sweet Jeep back on page 1. I had a '79 CJ-7 with plow back in the day. Lots of good memories. I'm in Buffalo, N.Y., Blizzard of '77 country. I ABSOLUTELY HATE SNOW!!! In the winter I go out to breakfast every day with the guys, come home and watch some TV, and then go out to dinner with my wife. Winter gets really boring. Can't wait for warm weather so I can get the Vette out of the garage.
