I feel your pain here in Pa. All we can do is go out to the garage and admire the Corvette. Looks like you could use some better winter tires on the beast though if you want to get it's best performance in the snow .

No matter how good your tires are and brakes..starting turning..and stopping and getting stuck on a hill behind ill equipped drivers will stop you..
used to drive like I had an egg taped to the soles of my shoes..AND there are simply days and times when one best stay off the roads..jim

Hi jr,
Not much snow in those pictures...but more than we have here! (1"+)
It's always interesting how extra CLEAN cars that have remained in the garage look when everything else is getting so filthy!
Regards,
Alan

Melting Slicks
And that is why I moved to South Carolina from New Jersey 19 years ago. My blood has thinned out a bit and we are complaining about a low of 24 last night. But then again, the old heat pump isn't nearly as much fun as a good old fashioned oil fired furnace with steam heat. Just the noises at 3am would warm me up. I can almost hear that ice crunch in the driveway....Thanks.

Burning Brakes
In weather like this I always ask my self if I can remember my last drive in the vette. Sadly (bittersweet) I still can, so spring must still be a ways away.

18 degrees and 4 inches of snow here in West Virginia today. I spent the entire day in my 70 degree Hot Rod Grille Garage! Changed the batteries in all of the pinball machines (had to play a few games to check each one after installing the new batteries), listened to music and applied a coat of Surf City Garage spray detailer to the '70 LS-5. Not a bad way to spend a Winter day!
