Dang it... I hate to say it, but that has to be the best American flag paint job I've seen to date. It's got a depth and vibrancy, and with the slightly desaturated colors... that looks really good.

... for someone else's car.

The under hood painting is terrible though. Looks like someone practicing to paint on the side of a wizard van.

I wouldn't buy it, but I'd shake the hand of the owner.

I'd love to have that engine in my 79! Not really a fan of the car, and if it's a 79, somebody changed the front clip. As stated above, I'd like to shake the owner's hand as well, assuming they're USMC (based on the underhood mural)

Notice the USMC painted on it. Obviously a US Marine that feels strong about his country and chooses this way to make his statement . Point taken ! As already said , like it or not it took some artistic talent to do that type of quality.

Love it....My Dad had an old snub nose Ford van with an American flag painted on it back in the 70's

The 'rifle' shes carrying.....its not even close to correct....its not even a close representation....I wonder why the artist did such an amazing job on the exterior but then decided to have his 8 year old son draw the gun..

Seriously....look at it again guys....

I love this country. I am proud of and respect our flag. I'm certainly passionate about Corvettes.........but just not mixed together in the same bowl.

That paint is amazing. I really like it. The under-hood mural is a bit over the top for me though.

I kinda agree. I think the outside paint is amazing and is the best flag job I have ever seen.
The girl in a bikini?? with the M16 though seems a little tacky. I would like it better if it was depicting a girl in fatigues more i think.

This is the closest thing to our Americans stereotypes I've seen in the last months, but I admire the devotion

I literally felt the urge to stand, put my right hand over my heart, and recite the pledge of allegiance.

Great skills but the Canadian flag would have been much easier

The paint job is amazing, you can see three dimensions as though the flag is waving in a breeze. I like the paint, but I like my cars monochrome.

I suspect two different people did the work. The paint job is artistic, the underhood painting is pretty amateurish.

It would seem so, and one with three Purple Hearts as well...

So who's gonna call to see how much he wants for it?

Paint looks nice. Really clean car, just not my flavor.

A few showed up after Greenwood paint his race cars and a lot were painted like this in some form in 1976 and around that time. But it is unusual to see one today.

The paint work looks great. The underhood not so.

If you are thinking of calling, be careful it isn't a scam. Notice the Illinois tag on a car advertised in Louisiana.
