Is this gas tank worth buying?

I would say so. I would remind you that simply because it says OEM doesn't mean that it will fit. This means those four corner "EARS" on the gas tank. I replaced mine, also an '82. job is not impossible I was forced to use a floor jack with a bottle jack on top. I used this setup to press the replacement tank because of a very tight fit. Don't forget to install the fuel level sending unit/fuel pump before you install the tank. Makes it much easier, ask me because I forgot to.

Bought a couple of gas tanks from Bob's and happy.
Bought a couple of gas tanks from Bob's and happy, no OLA stamp but worked great, just make sure you get the right one for an 82.

I think i bought zip but it was ebay tank kit i grabbed l88 because i didnt need fuel return line,

On my 1973 there wasn't any leaks until they pulled the tank and found pin holes after cleaning the tank up.
I opted for a new tank but they sent it out, had the pin holes welded, inside the tank boiled and re coated for the price of an after market tank.
