Bowtie value

Do what everyone else does.... Throw a big-a$$ number on it and let the potential buyers dicker away!! Eventually, someone will cough up an amount that you can live with.
{The corollary to that logic is, "Why start low?"}

Agreed that you should get it appraised. Then it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. 7T1vette has a good point too...don't start too low because you will be beat down. Good luck!
Oh....I'll give you $1,000 sight unseen for it..... KIDDING!!

5 star bow tie sounds great. How did the car score during flight judging?
A numbers matching original 427/390 auto coupe probably has a value range of 35k to 50k depending on condition and options.
I would guess that the 5 star sign off probably adds 25% to the value of the car.

My 3-star 71 LT-1 convertible with 30 k miles sold for about a 35% premium. My 4-star 62 with 41k miles sold for almost double. In both cases, the cars were never advertised, and buyers came to me asking if I was willing to sell. I was very fortunate. In general, the newer the model, the more bow tie cars there are. Good luck with yours!

The verbal 4 star score were:
exterior = 96%
interior = 98%
mechanical = 95%
chassis = 93%
The car has 19,472 miles.
