4-bolt main is a tough find. You've got plenty of room for a big block. You might consider this shameless plug

Actually you want a 2-bolt 400 SBC block. Then add splayed 4-bolt main caps during the build. 4-bolt 400s are prone to cracking in the main webs.
BTW, good luck in your search. I answered probably a dozen ads and called around to as many places trying to find one myself. I saw probably 10 boat anchors before I finally found one that was unmolested.
Make sure to budget a few more $$$ if you want to go with a 400, too. People are starting to get hip to the fact they're getting scarce. And popular.
