Well, not laying around in so many words. I have one on my 71 but I have not been using it (either the car for a/x or the bar since it's not connected anyway). I'd sell it for $85

The one laying around is a 7/8

Thanks, but I'd like to find a 3/4".
I'd like to look into what a 7/8" would do for my car. A couple of the bigger places reccomend a 3/4" rear sway with the 1-1/8" front as I have. Hopefully some menbers will chime in here, as I'd like some input. Small block w/ a 7 leaf Vansteel spring in the rear along with Smartstruts & VB&P 550's up front & I know the diameter of the sways figure into the equation with some importance. I carry the spare tire & the tub also.

Just to be clear, I was offering to take the 3/4 off my car to sell it if you want it.

Dude,
my error, I didnt get you the first time. The wife tells me all the time, that I dont pay attention, but I thought it was just selective hearing, Sorry, yes I'd be interested in the 3/4", are all the parts there or just the bar, as I need all the parts?

I have the bar, the frame brackets and bushings, the trailing arm brackets. Missing the link between the trailing arm brackets and the bar. This is the style like the front bar, not the typical C3 rear bar link, so those parts would be easy to find at any auto parts by measuring just what length you want and checking their stock.

Sometimes my messages are clear to me but not to other people

Greendot, For now I'll have to pass, I'd rather have the OEM type, if I can find one??.
Thanks for your time.

Default Complete 3/4 inch

I have a complete 3/4 inch rear sway bar I took off my '80 - brakets, bolts, bar, etc.. It's only a couple of years old and in excellent shape. I'll take pictures and send them by e-mail if you're interested.

These were left over after a COMPLETE front and rear rebuild VBP kits.

Let me know.

I misunderstood too. I thought Cherry Bomb was turning down a 7/8" bar. I was ready to pounce on it. Is 7/8" the biggest rear bar for our C3s?

Truly stock style bars are fairly thin. I think 9/16" is largest ... might be wrong.
Could be 7/16".
Pretty sure: For 3/4, you need to go aftermarket with links like front.
You can always retro-fit some small rod-end bearings in place of links.
I did not. Aftermarket setup installed - 1.125"/.75"

I don't mind aftermarket. That's what I have now. I have to modify to fit with my 18" wheels. I think I only have 5/8" now. I would like thicker.

Bee Jay, SAWEEET RIDE, like the wheels, love the look!!
I dont mind aftermarket for many things, I just thought I'd have less dinking around installing to OEM, but as I've learned, the OEM was not that thick in diameter and I do want the 3/4".

You want the 7/8 bar I have? It's end links are OE style.
