Hi bobs76stingray-----------Basically, it all has to do with age, condition, and the number of promos made for each individual year. As I understood this operation, once the model year run of promo production was done, the molds were destroyed. So it is quite understandable that a mint , original 1967 big block promo with it's original box would fetch up to $1200 today. Not a bad investment , since many of these promos were simply given away to a Chevy dealership's best sale potential customers of the real Corvette.
