Default WTB Convertible top frame rivets

I need 4 rivets for the rag top frame. I had to straighten one of the side plates and need to rivet it back together. Zip makes a rivet kit, but I don't need every rivet and bushing.

If you have any I'm a willing and ready buyer! Thanks.

Tom,
Check with a local fastener company, they should be able to set you up.

Rick,
I have contacted 3 fastener companies. Evidently these rivets were sized for Chevrolet many moons ago. I have one more rivet specialty company to check out and if they bomb I'll just bite the bullet and buy the 22 rivet kit from Zip. At least if you need any rivets I'll have 18 left over!

Hope things are good with you and red and the Harley have been getting regular exercise.

I should've known that you had checked the obvious,Tom.

The weather here is still flip-flopping but I get the toys out when possible. I'm still looking forward to seeing Blue done and hearing about your first cruise.

First cruise, what's that! I'm trying for September and taking the beast to Cherries Jubilee. The big problem is whenever we get some nice days the Harley beckons and I'm off swallowing bugs instead of wrenching on the blue time consumer.

Try Sully's Tops out in Cal. Sorry I don't have the details with me at work. He's at Carlisle every year, nice guy. He makes replacement bows & puts kits together. Maybe he will sell you just the rivets.

Good luck

Jim

Thanks to Jim (70BBvert) and his recommendation of Sully's Tops. Sully has the rivets as well as the ability to straighten the rear bow for the top.
