Why is the rear main cap a two bolt main instead of a four?

Did not realize the rear cap were four bolt also,thought the BB were similar to SB caps, bought the block this condition from Automotive Enterprise.

Looks like someone converted a 2 bolt over to a 4 bolt

I was told you can not change the back cap to a 4 bolt from my builder, something about each is unique to each block but you can always change the rest to a 4 bolt as seen in the pics
