Default FS: New SBC Alum Heads

Pro-topline- alum heads SBC . BRAND NEW
200cc intake runners
2.02/ 1.60 valves-manley
64cc chambers
7/16 screw in ARP rocker studs
guideplates

I want $975 shipped to lower 48 states.

I purchased these heads in 2003 and never got a chance to use them, they are fully assembled and still in the boxes. Pro-topline heads were a new zealand company which was bought out by Comp cams and are now manufacted as RHS heads. These pro-toplines are decent hp heads for a good bargain. I've read that pro-topline had quality controll problems right around time when they were bought out. But these heads are excellent and no problems, they were made years before the problems with company. When they first came out they were an awesome head.

here some pictures of the heads:

suppose to be good for 400-450hp right out of box.

Head flow numbers: (as advertised from pro-topline)

Intake Port Test Data @28" of water
.100 .200 .300 .400 .500 .600 .700
70.74 146.41 203.72 249.84 260.51 268.51 276.41

Exhaust Port Test Data @28" of water
.100 .200 .300 .400 .500 .600 .700
56.90 100.99 156.94 176.85 186.34 190.13 194.87

I got the heads assembled with 1.437" dual springs (.600" lift) and positive valve seals.

Bump for good heads at a good price.
Folks, these are NOT the junk Pro Comps selling on sleazebay and will probably cost less in the long run after the cheap chinese sleazebay heads are reworked/repaired to fit. These are thick, quality castings and this size runner should be good for anything from a strong 350 to a 406. If I needed 'em, I'd have already bought 'em.
OP, good luck with your sale!

Cheap price for those heads! Pro Topline never had quality problems, just got too far into debt and went through bankruptcy proceedings which in New Zealand means complete shut down of operations. They are now sold by Comp Cams under the RHS brand. Exhaust flow is a little low but intakes can flow as well as AFR Eliminator heads.

I never found out official reason why the company went under but at the time when I purchased these heads I was hearing nothing but positive feedback about them. My buddy at machine shop was the one who suggested i purchased them because his shop made pretty good power with them and at the time they were under the radar but best bang for the buck.
