Default WTB - Valve covers for late 1971 454
I would like to buy used or NOS valve covers for a LS5 1971 454 corvette. They should be the painted ones as it is not an early 1971. Thanks.

Have a set of chrome ones off a 454. Average shape. You can have em cheap as I am cleaning out my garage (if interested).

Thanks Frank. I will keep this as an option but I would really like to find a set of the correct painted ones for a later 1971.

Yes, corner of cover where A/C compressor is has cut off part with a flat plate welded on to clear compressor. It's been a lot of years so if I am wrong someone please correct me, Cheeky
