1976 OEM Upper Dash Pad F/S
I have the original dark brown upper dash pad for sale. It does have a small crack, an inch long or so, on the top of the driver's side. Otherwise it's in perfect condition. I don't know if it can be repaired or not but if someone is interested, let me know and I'll email pics.

Anyone have an opinion on this item as to whether someone might want it? I just hate to toss an OEM dash in the trash that has just a small crack in it.

no offense but if its an oem dash pad from 76 with a small crack in it its just waiting to crack into a million little pieces ad will probably end up with mor than just 1 crack in it while being installed with all the flexing that needs to be done

Of course no offense taken. But I don't really think it's ready to crack into pieces. It's truly in excellent condition other than this crack. I cracked it myself perhaps 20 years ago by smacking it with the palm of my hand forcing it trying to get it back in place after removing it . The car has only 95k miles on it and has spent most of its life garaged. I bought it new. The only reason I replaced the dash is because I'm now selling the car and want it right. If it's got to go in the trash, though, so be it.

Well then thats a totally different story, 90% of these cars i see were/are neglected, left in the sun to rot, changed owners 5 or 15 times, etc. yours though on the other hand seems like it should be in great condition.
