Do you know if it works?
Are there any number stamped on the bottom of the "can"?
Thanks,

Looks like it says type c 12 volt also found #4939300. I guess I could bench test it. RED to RED and black to case ? or one of the three prongs ?

Wilcox has a very good tutorial for testing wiper motors.
I know that u do not want to mis-apply power to these motors.

I'll likely purchase unless there is obvious damage to the cam, gears, resistor, wiring, etc.

How can I remove the black plastic cover without damaging it ?

I'm getting alligator clips at work to test this out. I hate how projects mushroom out. Now I'm building a bench test station in my garage. Good info on Wilcox's site
