Yes, wheel well lips are partially shaved.

Can you describe "partially shaved" on both the left, right rear fenders? Also condition of the rear tail light panel?

?? what does shaved mean? 1/8" - 1/2" how much has been shaved?

Need a patch piece for the driver side (left), lower half of tail light panel.
