I've been looking for a while too with no luck. I found a ton of them when I didn't want them, but of course now that i do, they're nowhere to be found.

i have one but missing the bottom brackets and took it out of storage got it painted and left it on the couch for 10 minutes while going to get the tools to instal them. Just to come back and see them broken from our dog jumping on them

I've been searching craigslist for '78-'82 cars for sale with louvers on them, and emailing the sellers to see if they want to sell them separately. So far I've had no luck. But just an idea of something you could do.

Those are the set 69/03vette are selling for his friend. I was going to buy them but they are painted and the seems are filled in so they can't be disassembled for easy shipping. And it would have cost $125+ to ship them to me.
