Default WTB 70 Schwitzer Fan clutch

Still looking for a fan clutch for a 70 LT-1. It needs to be the right Schwitzer clutch for the 70 with a small shaft water pump.

Hi, is that the same as the BB clutch with 5/8 pilot hole and approximately 2 7/16 flange width.?

You have a very hard item to find. A dated 70 with the small flange 2 3/8 flange were made up to approx the 5th month of 70 and after that it used the larger 2 5/8 diameter flange. I had a Jan or Feb 70 dated fan clutch but sold that 2 years ago. The only small sized fan clutch for a 70 that I have is 5/20/70 maybe too late for your car

If you can use a late 69 fan clutch I can maybe help you. I have some dated 11 and 12 month of 69

But what is the assembly date on your engine pad and the final date on your door piller.
You can PM me if you like.
Grant

The car is a late build - July 70. I am not near the car now to give the exact numbers.

Depending upon when in July 1970 your car was built, it probably has a June or July engine build... And Grant's 5/20/70 date is darn near perfect for your need as long as it is the correct style clutch.

There is also 2/16/70 clutch on eBay, but it will probably need rebuilt in addition to the cost of the clutch.
