i have a vanacors L-88 hood. it's@ 1-2 yrs old in perfect shape. it's the low version. want to trade for a high rise L-88 hood or sell for $500.00

thanks for the bump, sorry for the late responce but i don't get to get on here much due to work. i don't know exactly how much clearance over the stock hood,but with my stock 82 hood i couldn't fit an air cleaner. i'm running a 350 with an edelbrock perf rpm intake, with a 1 in spacer and a holley 4150 carb and a 14x3 in air cleaner and i can see the top of the air cleaner from inside the car. it has @ 1/2 in clearance between the wingnut and the hood.
if anyone wants to come see it let me know.

Ya so that sounds like it'll work, I'll be running a Holley fi air gap style intake with carb style tb so that sould fit for me, I'm traveling, can u email me any damage to the hood and let's work out the details, I'll take it
