WTB 1970 or 1971 BB or LT1 Hood
I'm looking for a 1970 or 1971 Big Block or LT1 hood for my 1970 Big Block. If anyone has one and would be willing to sale it or know anyone who does, please let me know. Thanks for the Help!

I have the original hood from my 70 available, which is "genite". If you do a search in C3 and or body and paint for this term there are several posts explaining what it is. Kinda in between press molded & SMC as best I understand.
Here's a couple of old pictures. I did several repairs on this hood using west systems epoxy resin to use on my car then came across a hood that was very inexpensive.
Still needs some work on the bottom side.

Big block hood
Hi, I have an Eckler press molded big block hood that fits 1968 to 1972.Purchased in 2011 for a project that did not develop..paid over $1400.00. Brand new ,,never installed or used in any way

I as well have a brand new one from Ecklers, never used, think the cost was about $1600 with shipping $1400 +.
If interested, I'd do $1,000 shipped to just take the hit and move on.
