There is a difference between the 68/69 hood and the 70/71 hood and the 72. Hood latches and hood support mount differently. Which hood was this made for? Is it new old stock?

NOS is generally GM. This is not GM, however it is new.. and never been installed.

As far as the hood latches and hood supports all I know is the vendor has 1 hood that fits all 5 years. I do believe they all attach in the same manner, however, this hood is purely the hood no hardware.

I have a 72.

It's still new in the box, hadn't even taken it out. But sure, I'll take it out this weekend and get some pictures up.

the way you can always tell at first glance is the relationship between the rear latches (closest to cowl) and the rear edge of the hood...the long hood has much more material in this area...making up for the lack of the wiper door
