Default WTB: correct shouldered rag joint bolts

I need to obtain the correct shouldered 5/16" and 3/8" bolts for my NOS GM rag joint.

Matt, I will have what you need. I have the bolts, reinforcement plated, Nuts and even the correct 12 point flanged recessed head bolts with NL headmarkings.

I think that I have a lead on some locally. If this falls through, then I'll have to resume the search...
