Looking for a early 71 vented gas cap with red plastic tag reading "open slowly caution"

Very hard to find, keep checking ebay as they show up every once in a while, expensive.

The original tags are metal glued onto a 1970 cap. Another reason they are hard to find but do show up more often than 1970 fuel caps. I found one at a swap meet in a box of other fuel and oil caps.

I found one this weekend on flea bay and bought it. The guy cancelled the auction and refunded my money. He said he sold it the same day. Bummer!

Just keep looking, eventually you will find it.
I am still searching for a 72 windshield.

I have one I'd sell, mine says "SEALED" on the cap stamped, and has the metal tag "Open Slowly CAUTION". there was one on ebay that sold for 175 in pretty rough shape. the listing stated "Vented" but the cap pictured also says "SEALED" like mine.
