FS 454 harmonic damper

Harmonic damper for 454.
Originally off a '71 LS5 engine. Used on both LS5 and LS6 in 1971.
PN 3963532
Date Code: F170 (17 April 1970)
Fair condition. Needs paint.
Hardware included.
