Default WTB one 2 1/2" diameter half shaft in excellent condition

I'm looking for just one, I have one good one already. By excellent condition, I mean one that the tubes have not been hammered on, been in a vice, or any other creative ways to screw these up when changing the u-joints by our old friend Bubba... Also one that is not badly pitted or corroded. Don't need the flange but if it's on there I'll take it. This will go in my lathe for polishing so any dents or damage will show right away and pretty much can't be gotten rid of. I've been through three already and they would make great driver quality shafts, but I'm being picky...

Please let me know what you've got, with pics of course.

thanks

I have an NOS one. But for some reason the inside shafts for bushings were not grooved for the pin rings. I don't think it is hard to do. But I don't have the time to do it. No need to lathe the half shaft as it is new.
200.00 shipped
Thanks, Grant

Grant, thanks but if you are talking about the grooves for the u-joint clips that is far too tricky for me to do. That's a big piece of equipment you would need to put those grooves in, and they would have to center the u-joint perfectly side to side to avoid vibration. Interesting thing to have though... Thanks!

Are these 2 1/2" shafts or 3"? By 1980 they were 3" shafts.

1350X u-joint. Should measure about 3.625 or so across the assembled u-joint, or between the snap rings.

Is this what you have? Could you pm me some pictures?

thanks

I have a pair that are real nice that I was saving for my current 69 build, they seem very good to me, but maybe not what you want.

PM me your email address and I can snap a few pics. I will look and see what shipping would be I really do not want to eat any of the ship costs though.
