Looks like it's in a boat. Is this your ad on craigslist?

Can you get a picture of the front pad?

CE stands for "Chevrolet Engine", which indicates a dealer installed warranty block, or partially fitted short block. No way to tell what it is without pulling it apart. The numbers after the CE are the date it was built and the sequence number. What does it say?
Here's more info on CE engines:

Thanks. CE074656 means that it was the 74,656th engine built in 1970. If it's a 4 bolt main, it "could" be an L88, but it could also be an L71 or even an L72. Although the possibility is slim, it could also be an LS6, but it's doubtful. No way to really know for sure without pulling it apart.
