Default WTB unrestored L-46/LT-1 Valve Covers

I'm looking for a nice clean set of unrestored/patinaed aluminum valve covers originally installed on the 1969 - 1971 L-46/LT-1 engines.

I can either buy outright or trade for a set that has been restored. (This restored set is currently on the car.)

I think the 72' version has the push-in rubber oil cap, so I do not think 72' will work and I also believe these did not exist for 68' cars.
So, unfortunately that cut's your years down from 4 to 2, 70'/71'

Your right about the 72's (I forgot about that). I didn't mention 68 in my ad, but 69-71 should work. Thx.

Hi R,
The 71 LT-! version of those valve covers has the rubber push in oil 'cap' too.
Regards,
Alan

Actually, a 68 327/350 hp has chrome valve covers from the factory.
