Wanted: wiring harness connectors - 1969
Everyone,
Some of you may or may not know I have been working on my 69' for a while now. I have finally got the car back home and once the weather cooperates I will start to put it back together. I have most of what I need other than a few odds and ends.
One thing I know I need are a few harness connectors. I would like to replace with original connectors if possible. So, if anyone has a cut up old harness, I could use the following to start.
1. Ground connector front harness that grounds to the core support.
2. Radio power connector
3. Rear tail light ground connectors
4. Ignition coil connectors
5. Ignition starter connectors
Many of these connectors are common for several years. Many of mine have been cut or replaced with crimp connectors and I would like to splice in original connectors. I do not need to replace the entire harness. The car was functioning fine prior to the restoration work.
Thanks,
Joe

Hi Joe,
What happened to the harnesses from the 69 that David Howard bought recently?
Maybe?
Regards,
Alan

Well, he must not have it. I PM'd him about the 72' harness he was selling, but I think someone else must have got that. I really only need several connector's that I want to splice into mine to keep everything looking factory.
I have the car back from paint, I have a lot of work to do on it, so I am trying to get access to some other items I need.
Once Spring stays for good and I can keep work from getting in the way, I will get going on the car.
Hopefully someone will dig up a garbage harness to help me out.

I gave them both away for the cost of shipping to the first people that claimed them. Sorry Joe. David

David,
I know, just a little late on my part as usual. Maybe the folks who were lucky enough to get them will not need all of it. Maybe they will see this and let me know.
I have time on my side also.

I will send a note out to both of them and let them know you are in need of some connectors and to look for your posting Joe.
Glad to help.

I have all of the original harnesses out of my 69 coupe if you're interested we may be able to work something out.

Joe,
send me a list of what you need,
and I'll cut what I have out of the old "parts" harnesses I have
