Default Wanted: 1968 Brake Booster

Looking for one with date stamped around 1 o'clock on outside half of booster.

Example : 8 K 1 120 A. 10222

8. Year
K. Plant
1 I'd ?
120 A. Day of year
10222 possible number made.

Anything before June 1. Would be good. Thanks. Jeff. I will have it restored.

Where were you going to send off your booster to be rebuilt?
I found one but it is 7K8 317C 10842 So this is a 77

Hello Grant. I've always had good results from "Booster Dewey". The date you sent , what makes you think that is a 77 not a 67. Just curious. Take care.

Jeff Grant can't see very good maybe that's why he's a judge.lol just giving him a bad time great guy a real tribute to the industry.
I have a couple boosters where exactly are markings ?

67 booster is a different configuration. It is gold irate finish and is flatter, one I have is 68 and style painted semi gloss

Yes your correct,but they started making the 68's sometime in April of 67 for the August new body. This is what I was told.
