Default FS/Fan clutch from 68 corvette $150

This fan clutch was removed from 68 corvette years ago. Dated 1-24-68 SC. Turns nice and tight. Not loose. Use it as it is. Asking $150 plus shipping. See other listing for fan.

Was this for the small block or big block engine?

Default Fan clutch

I was on a 68 BB corvette.

But, supposedly they didn't use this style in 68. But it appears to be BB style shaft. I talked to a friend who felt it was correct for mid-year BB. It would make someone a nice fan clutch. Doesn't leak and feels nice and tight. Thanks

Default Hi

I think I have one for a small block but I don't know how to read the date on it. It has some numbers?? I don't know how to interpret. Seems to be good. Cheaper too, $75 big ones. 509 953-8992

Here are some pictures of the fan clutch. I have had it a long time. It is nice and tight on the shaft and I do not see any indication the seal is leaking. Has a firm turn. Not rusty and you can still read the print on the front plate. Date on it is 06 01 71 SC. I think it is in good usable condition. I am not a fan clutch expert. I will list it on the board if you are not interested. $150 plus shipping.

Hey, I quoted you $75 for this one originally. I will sell it to you for $75 if you want it. It is nicer than I thought and I didn't think it had a usable date on it. But, I try to stick to my word. Let me know. Thanks, Terry
