Complete turn key turbocharged small block
I am considering the sale of my turbo engine that is currently in my 80 Corvette. I would like to build a new LS based combo over the winter if there is any interest in my old set up.
What I have is a 010 4-bolt main 350 with .030 over forged pistons, factory steel crank, and rods with ARP bolts. ARP head studs with Cometic gaskets, Pete Jackson gear drive, Comp turbo grind hydraulic flat tappet cam. Heads are Dart Iron Eagle, 2.05 1.65 stainless valves, 1.6 ratio roller rockers. Team G single plane intake, with 750 DP Holley, modified for blow thru operation.
Turbo is a Borg Warner S475 1.32 A/R, JGS 50mm wastegate, custom headers and downpipe, and 50mm ebay blowoff valve.
This combination has been together for several years and runs very well. It idles like stock, runs cool and makes approximately 650-700 HP at around 15psi, based on the trap speeds it pulls. My full weight 80 with 3.07 rear has gone 10.30's at 135mph in the quarter, with a slow 6.70 1/8th mile time. My home track is 1/8th mile and it has gone 6.50's at 112mph. I am sure this combo will run high 9's in the quarter.
I would like to get around $4500 for all listed above and the MSD6al, MSD two step module, and fuel pressure regulator. Would include starter and alternator and several other odds and ends.
