WANTED: Complete 427/435
#2
Melting Slicks
Maybe a start?
I have just bought my 12'th Vette. It is a 427/435 car, but the motor has been changed. Its build date was October of 68.
I am looking for an appropriate vintage 427/435, as complete as possible. If I can't find one, then I'll probably do an LS swap, of the same displacement.
I am located in Connecticut, near the border of Rhode Island. I prefer to drive to see it and pick it up.
Please let me know what you have, location, price..
Many thanks!

I have an early 512 block that may work for you---4 bolt main---and heads. PM me with your detailed needs and I'll dig it out in the meantime to get you pics and info.

Although it wont be numbers match but the value after restoring it as factory as possible will be higher than a resto mod set up
