Hi Everyone,
I know a long shot. I am still looking for qty 3 - K118 8 (aug 68') AZ wheels. Some of you know I am restoring an early 69', Sept 68' build. Over the last few years I have been able to find a couple of these wheels but I need 3 more. Most people selling these are selling 78' wheels, but I need the 68' wheels, they will have a small weld nub on the outer bead of the rim.

There was some early 8 month AZ rims on ebay about 3 months ago

I found my rims dated K18 10 23 my car 1969 L71 which was built Nov 68 built, not as early as yours

You will need K18 8 xx AZ rims
K18 8 being the year
8 being the month August
XX being any calendar day either single day X or double digit days XX

Your spare can be 2 months away from your assembly date or if you find a single day code for the spare dated one month before your assembly date and double digit day for the other 4 rolling rims you are in heaven then. Can't get any better.

Do not buy the AG rims which is correct for 68 vette

Thanks. The title is actually wrong, I need K18 8, not K118 8. Anyway, thanks for the info, I believe the 2 I have are K18 8. I do not remember ever seeing any earlier than that, like K18 7, have you? My car was built 9/11/68'. David Howard had some early wheels for sale this past year and I think they were k18 10's.
I do not see many of these K18 8 wheels for sale very often, thought I would ask though as you never know.

I don't have the auction number at the moment
I have bought my K18 dated 10th month from him and he sort of gave me a deal
