Well, after doing more research it appears the idle stop solenoid WAS used on the L71 with the Turbo 400. Sorry about that.

I think the bracket that holds the solenoid on tri power cars is what's hard to find, if you find one large $'s. I'm not sure if they reproduce that part now, but I had a 68 400hp car with 4 speed & a/c & never did find the bracket.

There is a guy on ebay that makes the bracket. Apparently a perfect reproduction. If I recall he was asking $800. I think we have a forum member here who has an original solenoid and bracket. I will research it.
