I'd be willing to do them, but I'm all tied up with my own stuff
until June. Can you wait until June ? Arms already out ?
I could even pickup/deliver, as I drive through Billerica daily.
Gary (gtr1999) would probably be willing to do them, too (CT).
VanSteel has free return shipping.

Hi Dave
Thanks for the response
I have one trailing arm that needs new bearings (passenger side) it is out and I have already installed new poly bushings. It worked fine the previous season but I needed new stub axles in the rear end so I replaced them and cleaned up the trailing arm, after I reinstalled it, part way through the wheel rotation it will make a grinding type noise and the wheel will jump a bit, the rotor runout is bad too (about an inch) I don't know if the bearings could have rusted from sitting or what happened, as with everyone I am on a tight budget and the boss (wife) does not think this is one of the priorities (again she is wrong) I may be able to wait till June, how much do you think this will cost me? I got a response from gtr1999 he said he would charge $75.00 labor plus parts
Thanks again
Mike

Mike,
When you rotated the wheel and it jumped, was the rear end of the car up in the air. You probalby got the jump in the wheel b/c you suspension it at full extension and your 1/2 shafts were probalby binding up. Did you put a dial indicator on your rotor to determine rotor runout? 1" runout is EXTREMELY huge and bad. I don't think you measurd it correctly.

Don't skimp on the trailing arms. Use Van Steel and you will never have to give them another thought. Try that arguement with the boss (usually works for me :-) ).
Good luck!!

Good service, nice bunch of guys. I don't believe I overpaid considering it took me three months to find anyone to do the job...for $200 each arm, I got bearings replaced, bushings drilled out, and shock mounts removed.
